Throughout the web design project I learned to use a new tool. In the past I used Wix to design websites so this was new. I was able to have a lot less creativity with Weebly but overall I learned to stress about the overall look and focus on the content. I probably won’t use this website again but it made me grateful for websites with more free movement design. I did like the idea of having a class website though especially with a calendar for parents.

With Diigo I leaned that websites can seem more confused than they are. I think Diigo was actually simple to use and I really liked being able to annotate websites. I think this site is useful as more resources for school are online. I will use this when I am a teacher so students can annotate websites I advise them to read or even online news sources.
I think it is important to stay active on technology and because my generation has been adapting to new technology our whole lives I don’t think it will be to difficult. Mentioning to schools new technology teachers find and technology that would be helpful will be important to the success of education and technology. I also think it is important to mention when new technology is not working for your classroom. Staying in communication and being able to speak up about the technology in your classroom or lack off technology is going to play a large part in future education.
